  • The client, referred to as the service receiver is the sole responsible for any copyrighted material he or she uploads when ordering from Painted Souvenirs.
    The client is obliged to announce the source of any photo that does not belong to him or her as copyright, in the eventuality that such a photo may be published in our gallery at the end of an order.

•  Painted Souvenirs Policy for Client Privacy

  • Painted Souvenirs guarantees the protection of personal information received from clients, the use of this information in the sole scope of order maintenance and order delivery and binds not to share the information with any third parties under no circumstances. Any incorrect data provided and any inconvenience derived from that is the sole responsibility of the client.

•  Painted Souvenirs Policy for Changes in Terms and Conditions

  • Painted Souvenirs reserves the right to update the present Terms and Conditions at any time and in any way that is considered suitable for the good reputation of the company. Any change in the present set of rules will be applicable at the moment of its publication. It is the client’s duty to review and agree with the present Terms and Conditions related to the services that we provide.
